Shannon Borg
Shannon Borg is a Seattle writer, poet and wine educator. She writes about wine for Seattle Magazine, and has written about food, wine, spirits and beer for local and regional magazines and Web sites including Northwest Palate, Wine Press Northwest, Northwest Brewing News, avalonwine.com, and citysearch.com. She holds certificates from the International Sommelier Guild (Wine Fundamentals I & II. Her book, Chefs on the Farm: Inspired Lessons and Recipes from the Quillisascut Farm School of the Domestic Arts was published by Mountaineers/Skipstone Press in October 2008.
