Friday, March 26th

Event Set-Up
Location: Qwest Field Event Center OR Bell Harbor
Times: 1:00 – 7:00 at Qwest, 1:00 – 5:00 at Bell Harbor
Volunteers needed: 20
Description: Tasks include but are not limited to: assembling gift bags, organizing supplies and equipment, alphabetizing signage. (Some heavy lifting) Snacks provided.

Saturday, March 27th

Seminar Support:
Location: Bell Harbor Conference Center
Times: 8:15 am – 4:30pm
Volunteers: 15
Description: Tasks include but are not limited to: Taking tickets, checking ID, distributing glasses in rooms, setting up seminar rooms. Box lunches and snacks provided.
When taking tickets consumers need to show Seminar tickets to enter. Only people with tickets will be allowed to enter the seminar room. All IDs need to be checked.  Everyone needs to have a wristband to show they are over 21.

Times: 9:00 – 1:00 or 1:00 – 5:00
Volunteers: 15 each
Description: Tasks include but are not limited to: placing table cloths on all tables, distributing spit buckets, napkins, glasses plates and forks to their proper location, setup all signage, assemble tasting bars, set up wheel of wine, and distribute all wine. Lunch and snacks are provided.

Winery & Restaurant Load-In:
Location: Qwest Field Event Center
Times: 1:30 – 7:30
Volunteers: 10
Description: Wineries, restaurants, exhibitors, and sponsors will park then walk over to check-in. Once they check in please ask them if they need help loading in. (No one should enter the building without a name badge) Take a hand truck to their car and help them get their items to the proper table. If a winery has wine for a varietal bar, ring toss or wheel of wine please take it from them to the appropriate table.

Sunday, March 28th

**All positions at Qwest Field**
Event Set-Up
Times: 7:30 – 1:00
Volunteers: 8 each
Description: Tasks include but are not limited to: placing table cloths on all tables, distributing spit buckets, napkins, glasses plates and forks to their proper location, setup all signage, assemble tasting bars, set up wheel of wine, and distribute all wine. Lunch and snacks are provided.

Times: 7:30 – 12:30  OR 8:30 – 1:30
Volunteers: 8 first shift, 17 for second shift
Description: Wineries, restaurants, exhibitors, and sponsors will park then walk over to check-in. Once they check in please ask them if they need help loading in. If a winery has wine for a varietal bar, ring toss or wheel of wine please take it from them to the appropriate table.

Winery & Restaurant Check-In
Times: 7:30 – 12:30  OR 8:30 – 1:30
Volunteers: 4 first shift, 6 for second shift
Description: Duties include but are not limited to directing people to various locations and greeting exhibitors.

Grand Tasting Assistants
Times: 12:30 – 7:00
Positions:
Greeters: Responsible for passing out Riedel glasses to each attendee along with the Seattle Magazine plate holder. (17 positions)
Coat Check: Consumers will hand you the items they would like checked, in return please give them a tag. (10 positions)
Gift Bags: As consumers enter the event or exit they may stop by this area to pick up their gift bags. You will make sure to provide one gift bag to each person with a claim ticket. (8 positions)
Ring Toss/Wheel of Wine: Assist the staff person and other volunteers in running these interactive areas. (7 positions)
VIP Lounge: Monitor the entrance and exit of the lounge to make sure only those with proper ID enter. (3 positions)
Viking Raffle Ticket Sellers: Walk around the event selling raffle tickets to win a Viking Wine Cooler. Proceeds benefit Farestart.
